Appointments are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Le RoseWood.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or late arrivals that prevent treatment from being completed may be subject to a cancellation fee or the loss of any deposit paid, in accordance with our booking policies.

Patients arriving significantly late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule for other patients.

Le RoseWood reserves the right to require deposits for certain services and may decline future bookings following repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all services rendered are final and non-refundable.

Treatment results naturally vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with cosmetic results alone does not entitle a patient to a refund.

Unused prepaid treatments or packages may only be refunded where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Le RoseWood.

Retail skincare products may be eligible for exchange or refund only if they are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless required by law or if the product is defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Prices listed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.

Treatment recommendations and pricing may change following an in-person consultation based on your medical assessment.

Applicable taxes will be charged where required.
