Deposit Policy
To confirm and reserve your appointment, a $60 + tax deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment and deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. When this notice period is respected, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy
Patients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Exceptions may be considered in the case of serious or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the clinic.

This policy allows us to respect the time of the provider reserved specifically for your appointment and helps ensure availability for other patients seeking care.

If this is your first visit to the clinic, please select the option "Yes, this is my first visit" when booking your appointment. This will direct you to our scheduling option designed specifically for new patients. During this visit, you will have an in-depth consultation with our physician and nurse, who will assess your concerns, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you.

The medical consultation and opening of your patient file cost $150. However, for any treatment exceeding $400, this consultation fee is included in the treatment cost and does not need to be paid separately. Please note that this policy applies only to patients located in Quebec.

You do not need to know exactly which treatment to book ahead of time. The purpose of the consultation is to guide you toward the treatments that are most appropriate for you. Many patients book a treatment they are interested in, but the final treatment plan is determined during your appointment based on your goals and our clinical assessment.

Yes. The consultation and treatment are typically completed during the same visit. You will first meet with the nurse or physician for a medical assessment and consultation. Once everything has been reviewed and you feel comfortable moving forward, the treatment can usually be performed during the same appointment.

Yes, financing options are available at the clinic for patients who prefer to spread the cost of their treatments over time. Our team will be happy to provide more information during your visit.
