How much does lip filler cost in Montreal?

By Nisrine El Hila, Head Nurse

Reception lounge at Clinique Le RoseWood, Nuns' Island, Montreal

At Clinique Le RoseWood on Nuns' Island, Montreal, lip filler is $400 + tax for 0.5 mL (lip hydration) and $550 + tax for 1 mL (lip enhancement), as of October 2026. The nurse consultation is free, and the exact amount you need is decided together at your appointment.

What are your lip prices?

Here's what we charge for lips, as of October 2026:

Treatment Price
Lip hydration (0.5 mL) $400 + tax
Lip enhancement (1 mL) $550 + tax
Profile balancing, chin and lips $987 + tax
Lip flip (neuromodulator, not filler) $150 + tax
Booking deposit (goes toward your treatment) $60 + tax

Prices change sometimes. Our price list is always the current version, and we confirm your total with you before we start.

What's included in the price?

When you book lip filler with us, the price covers your treatment with hyaluronic acid filler, done by me under the medical direction of a physician. A few things people ask about:

  • Nurse consultation: free with all treatments.
  • Physician consultation: if it's your first time at the clinic, you don't already have a prescription and your treatment is under $400, there's a $150 fee for the consultation with the doctor. At $400 or more, the clinic covers it. Both lip filler options are $400 or more, so lip filler clients don't pay this fee.
  • Numbing: we use numbing before lip treatments when it's appropriate for your medical history.
  • Aftercare: you leave with written aftercare instructions for your treatment.

If you'd rather spread the cost out, financing options are available at the clinic. Ask us about it when you come in.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Yes. A $60 + tax deposit confirms your appointment, and it goes toward your treatment. With at least 48 hours' notice, it can be refunded or moved to a new appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't show up, you lose the deposit. You can book online or call us at 438-543-9301 if you have questions first.

Should I budget for 0.5 mL or 1 mL?

You don't have to know before you come in. In general, 0.5 mL is often chosen for a first treatment or a soft, hydrated look, and 1 mL for more visible shape or volume. But your lip structure matters more than the number on the syringe. Two people asking for "a little more" can need different amounts.

If you're on the fence, starting with 0.5 mL and reassessing once the swelling settles is a reasonable plan. I'd much rather add a little later than put in too much the first time. There's more detail on choosing an amount on our lip filler page.

Why do lip filler prices vary so much between Montreal clinics?

You'll see a wide range of prices if you shop around. A few things usually explain the difference:

  • Who injects, and who's supervising. Ask who will do your treatment and whether there's a physician involved in the medical side.
  • How the price is quoted. Some clinics price per syringe, some per area, some per visit. Make sure you're comparing the same amount of product.
  • Taxes. Some clinics show prices with tax, some without. Check before you compare.
  • What's included. Is the consultation extra? Is there a file opening fee? What happens if you have a question a week later?

A lower price isn't automatically a red flag, and a higher one isn't automatically better. What matters is that you know exactly what you're paying for and who's treating you.

How much does lip filler cost over a year?

That depends on whether you want to maintain it. Lips move a lot, so filler there often doesn't last as long as in quieter areas of the face. Our hyaluronic acid fillers page lists maintenance roughly every 6 to 9 months depending on the area, and how long it lasts for you depends on the product, the amount, your metabolism and how much your lips move.

Some clients come back for a smaller top-up. Others let it soften and decide later. You're never locked in, and we reassess your lips before every new treatment.

Are there packages that include lip filler?

Yes. A few of our packages include lips with other treatments, for example:

  • Le RoseWood Essential, $650 + tax: 0.5 mL lip hydration, 20 units of neuromodulator and one hydradermabrasion facial.
  • Le RoseWood Ritual, $849 + tax: 1 mL of filler, 30 units of neuromodulator and one hydradermabrasion treatment.
  • Profile balancing, chin and lips, $987 + tax.

Packages only make sense if you actually want everything in them. If you just want lips, book lips.

Is a lip flip a cheaper alternative?

It's cheaper ($150 + tax), but it's a different treatment. Keep in mind that on a first visit with no existing prescription, a lip flip on its own is under $400, so the $150 physician consultation fee applies. A lip flip uses a small amount of neuromodulator to relax the muscle along the upper lip so it shows a little more at rest. It doesn't add volume. If you're mostly after hydration or shape, filler is usually the better fit. We wrote a full comparison: lip flip vs lip filler.
